Our story

Started in a garage. Still roasts like it.

Ember & Oak began as two roasters and a 1kg drum behind a coffee shop. We kept the batch sizes small on purpose — small enough that someone always tastes the roast before it ships.

No blends, no filler lots. Just coffee we'd want to drink ourselves.
